Well Testing
Well testing ensures the well can produce an adequate flow rate to the structure. Water Testing can be added on at a discount when bundled — includes Nitrates, Arsenic, Coliform Bacteria, E-Coli, and Lead Testing.
Water Testing includes testing for the existence of Nitrates, Arsenic, and all Coliform Bacteria including E-Coli. Lead Testing can also be added. Results are analyzed by a certified laboratory and documented in your report.
If the home you are purchasing has a private well, it is essential to verify both the flow rate and water quality before closing to ensure a safe and adequate supply for the household.

Sewer Scope
A sewer scope inspection uses a specialized camera to inspect the sewer lateral from the home to the city connection or septic tank, identifying blockages, root intrusion, pipe damage, and other issues before they become costly repairs.
We run a camera through the sewer line and record the footage so you can see exactly what we find. Common issues include root intrusion, pipe belly, cracks, offset joints, and blockages. Knowing the condition of the sewer line before closing gives you negotiating power and peace of mind.
